This private room features a queen-sized pillow top mattress, 100% cotton, high thread count linens, flat screen TV with streaming channels, mini fridge, Kuerig, stone tiled bathroom with walk in shower, fresh towels, a private balcony with stunning views overlooking Strawberry Creek.

Root Stone Lodge is nestled above the serene Strawberry Creek, Just a short 3/4 mile walk into town, our lodge provides easy access to the creek trail. Allowing you to explore and take in the beauty of the area within easy walking distance to town!
Our back deck is the perfect place to relax, featuring a 6-person hot tub, a gas BBQ, and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals surrounded by nature. Inside, you'll find a cozy sitting area with stunning views of the trees and creek, a fully equipped kitchen, and an indoor dining area. Unwind with a movie on the large flat-screen TV or gather around the indoor game table for some friendly competition.
The lodge showcases a unique spiral staircase crafted from pine and manzanita by the owner, adding a touch of rustic elegance. Our one-acre, unfenced property is surrounded by towering pine, fir, and ponderosa trees, creating a tranquil setting. Encounter local wildlife such as California grey squirrels, many birds including blue jays, wood packers, and hummingbirds, also on occasion, raccoons, deer, coyote and bobcats have been spotted!
